Kies Pi from 7th December

Recommended Posts

Here is the first of the lunar images I took tonight (7th December). This one is of the volcanic dome Kies Pi (L60 of the Lunar 100). Note the caldera at the peak of the dome. I've also included a 'negative difference' processed copy of the image which shows the dome a little bit clearer. (You can find further details of this technique at http://www.digital-flight.com/thebigeye/neg_diff/neg_diff_processing.htm )
