Hi,

 

I got up early this morning to shoot the moon. Below the result (click the tumbnail)

Image taken with my CFF CC300 f/20 + ASI 174MM and an orange filter.

Seeing appeared to be reasonably good. And using lower gain than with an IR-pass filter resulted in better S/N ratio. And an overall better image than I'm used to.

Incredible image at full size, more tiny craters than it's possible to count!  I'm inspired to set my alarm early tomorrow and have a go
