California 1499

After not being able to continue with my weekend project of IC1396 , for reasons already given  , I slewed the scope to NGC1499 and just shot with Ha 

12x600 sec  of Ha using my Chroma 3nm

130EDT scope and a QSI583 camera.. 

processed in APP , PS & LR

Hi Dave , yes the full moon over the weekend was a bit frustrating, but by the time I started this the moon had moved away from this subject which always helps as well as the Very Narrow Ha filter .. 

have you noticed it's normally nice and clear when the moons full , and when it's a new moon it's as cloudy as hell 😤
