What else to do but improve old data when the clouds persist.  I originally processed this data over 3 years ago (in my early days).  I was never really happy with it, despite many attempts at reprocessing the data that is pretty decent.  This was captured with the Televue np101is and STT-8300 with .8x redycer.  The first image is the reprocess, the second the original

I personally like the gold in the reprocess and blue in the original image. But then again I'm weird.

I really like the lion nebula. Both are excellent.

For me, and I know very little, the reprocess shows more detail especially in the gold but the blue is a little too strong for my taste.

I like the reprocessed image with the greater detail and the orange colour, but like Adam the blue is too strong for me and would prefer is more a baby blue colour.

Thanks guys.  How about this--the OIII is pretty strong--but I toned it down
