Took a photo of Jupiter with a 10 second countdown on a phone adapter so it couldn't be shakiness anyone know what it is? What confuses me the most is the colour it has?

Reflection in the lens somewhere, due to the bright Jupiter being right at the edge of the frame?

Yeah a lens flare/reflection. The colour is similar to chromatic aberration in cheap lenses.

I concur with the above comments; lens flare.

Yep lens flare for the most part depending what equipment and how you have it attached to your scope . But reguardless it’s internal reflection which somestimes can be caused by light leaking in through a loose connection . I’ve also known some Newts and Dobs that needed to be flocked to keep down internal reflection .
