ZWO EAF settings

Good evening everyone

I'm looking for some help with the focus settings on the ZWO EAF motorised focuser. I’ve lost the first clear night in weeks as I could get the settings right while using the ZWO EAF. I’ve been using APT as my imaging software and tried numerous configurations but can’t get it to work. It bleeps constantly and the focuser doesn’t move, I fear I’ve wasted £200 on a item now back in its box more than likely to be returned?
