Horse Head + Flame Neb - 1-12-08 - 130mm APO + Canon 350D

This is a combination of several exposures taken on different nights with varying sky conditions.

130mm APO at F6 and 800 ISO with the Canon 350D ( modded)

8 X 1min , 7 X 2min and 8 X 3min.

Was planning to add to the above but the weather does not look good for the next few days. Had to crop it a bit because the camera angles differed slightly.

Thanks for the positive comments.

I think I will have a go at a close up of the Horsehead with the C9.25 - see if I can "catch" a bit more detail. Just need some clear skies.

can't see the picture.. I'm just hunting around to see the sort of things I'll be seeing once I get a clear sky, I've had my SW 130mm for about a week now and it's done nothing but rain..

Do I need to be an advanced member to view pics or something? I know I can't get into the sales forum just yet, maybe that's the same with pics too.
