In homage to James who likes this bit of the Moon I decided to go for broke.

The cloud blew away and the seeing settled down a bit so I double stacked my barlows and put in the 9mm Ortho this gave me a mag of x533.

I took 3 shot of Valles Schroteri using my A607 camera - all single shots.

There Fantastic matey and thank you for the thought much appricated :lol:

The first image is my fav from the three VALLIS SCHROTER is well complimented in this image, craters ARISTARCHUS and HERODOTUS look very well too.

A little info about Vallis Schroter,

It's height is around 3000ft to 1000ft in parts and was named after Johan H. Schröter.The rille goes from north to west and it's width is 4 miles and 6 miles in parts..
