Imaging Challenge #29 - The Beauty of the Night Sky

The theme for the 29th challenge - August 2019 - is  'The Beauty of the Night Sky'!

Start Date: 1st August 2019
End Date: 31st October 2019

Rules: Open to all - any image that shows the beauty of the night sky - widefield, landscape, sketch, poster, deep sky image, video, planetary - whatever you like, inspire us!

Prize: A personalised mug for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places featuring your image kindly provided by our sponsors FLO :) and a virtual trophy for your signature.

RULES

All data must be captured and processed by you (no collaborative entries). 
Data must be captured during the challenge start & end dates. 
Multiple entries are allowed but please start a new topic for each entry. 
Multiple submissions of the same image, processed differently, will not be accepted.

To enter please start a new topic with your image in the ‘Imaging Challenge #29' forum (each challenge will have its own). Please post as much information as possible - when it was taken, how it was captured and processed, etc. The info won't necessarily be used for judging but will help fellow SGLers looking to learn and improve their knowledge and technique.

Lovely images but you need to start a new thread for each image in the challenge folder. This is the discussion thread 🙂

I posted an image in this Imaging Challenge (#29) - then later realised that data capture commenced outside the allowed dates. I do not see a means of deleting the entry. Mods. please go ahead & delete it - no further comment required.

Hi, I'm wondering about the rules for this contest. I posted a collage of images I had taken from Aug - Oct 2019. If I can have only one entry then this is what I'd like to be counted but I'm wondering about creating images that had some data from the period and additional data from another period. In other words, does every single frame for this contest have to be captured in the period of Aug through Oct 2019?

Secondly, I posted a collage but I don't know if the individual images could be entered into the contest by themselves (i.e., it isn't excluded due to it being considered a multiple submission.
