Did you know amature radio guys bounce radio waves of meteor tails to talk to each other!

Really a radio should be on even if its cloudy.

They also do 'Moon Bounce' aka Earth-Moon-Earth, where they beam signal at the moon using VHF/UHF frequencies, usually with high power and high gain direction aerials.

Someone mentioned SDR.  How about trying one of the web SDR's on HF, specifically around 20MHz? I believe Jupiter radiates signal on that frequency +/-.
