Lego Apollo Lunar Lander

I think this probably counts in Astro Lounge 😉

I got Mike the Lego Apollo Lander for his birthday.  He spent last night and this afternoon building it.  His verdict: well designed, fun to build, if the Saturn V Rocket was 10 then this was 8.5.  Only problem is that it won't go back in the box built....😲

I bet Mike enjoyed building that Helen. It looks a lot like the real thing too.

Now, he needs to change a bit of your garden around  to create a Lunar landscape 😀.

Been trying to resist this one. Really enjoyed building the Saturn V, only problem was my wife also enjoyed it 🙄

I just finished mine today! There are a few minor things I would have done a bit differently, but overall it's a great set. I love LEGO! Now I need to get my hands on the Saturn V.

Anyone want to attempt the launch tower for the Saturn V? Pity Lego decided not to produce it but the instructions and bricks list are available.
