Nebulosity 4.3 hue/saturation crashes program win10

Running Win10, upgrade from 7.  I also have Nebulosity on my old desktop (win10 upgrade from win7) and my win10 laptop.  It works fine on the old desktop and the laptop but on my new desktop it runs fine in everything except Hue/Saturation.  I get the H/S window to open and see the sliders but when I move a slider it crashes the program, this happens with every type of file fits, jpg, png, tif

Steps

Open picture file

Click on Hue/Saturation

Move any slider

Crashes

I have been trying to get in touch Craig Stark to see if we can get this fixed but no response.  I have posted on Cloudy Nights and Astro Forum but no one there has any ideas.

 

How can we make this work?

 

My system is a Win 10 desktop

32 gig ram

8 gig of RTX video card

1 TB SSD C drive

2 8 TB D and E drives
