Winter Break Moon Bits

Was nice out yesterday afternoon about 3 hours til dusk and I noticed the moon rising in the east through the trees at about 20° with a sweet deep dark blue sky all round so I setup the 150mm f5 newt and waited for 35° only to have it clear the forest and go fuzzie with a mid afternoon high level widespread fuzz cloud. After only some test shots and a couple starters I got these, awesome blue sky though and an awesome spring like day...Indeed.

Not being critical but why do the third and last images have a blue colour cast.

The blue colour helps make the craterlets more easy to see, I guess I could get by with just the a single inverted image for display but since I like them both its too easy to pander to me ? I don't know if that would be a lack of self control or having too much of it ?

Like with my profile picture I like to just have some fun with a shot on occasion and just see where it goes leaving all the bounds of  conventional constraint aside, taken from the second shot above...
