polemaster not working

hI Daz,the polemaster isnt showing any image,i did a teamviewer session with qhyccd in Beijing and they said it was a hardware problem.

tried using sharpcap tried different cables and computer,still no luck.

Back to China then I'm afraid. I've read other topics where folk have had to send their QHY cameras (not Polemaster) back to them for repair. Is it within warranty?

Have you tried using it with a powered hub.  I had a lot of problems using my Polemaster via my mains powered usb socket but everything if fine via the powered hub.  Still might not work but worth a try
