Spicules on the Limb in 6562.8A | Feb 27th 2019

Recommended Posts

I got a small window this morning to try and see some features and test out some things and get some imaging time, but really didn't get much time. Lots of clouds rolled in, I barely could get anything with poor seeing with all the stormy cloudy mess moving through and then it was clouded over completely and some rain. Alas. I managed to get just enough time with a small window of ok seeing on the limb with the brightest group of spicules and a small prominence to inspect the limb.
