I use one of these joystick/trigger grip mounts --->41bA2kp1wlL._AC_US327_QL65_.jpg.8e1578b9a32ea3c8a343d719d11e66f4.jpg ...on a Manfrotto 055PROB tripod.

A well known online warehouse, (sounds like an South American rain forest and river), often have deals of both head & tripod when purchased as a combined set, such as this one... https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-70-Inch-Pistol-Grip-Tripod/dp/B01LQX0P8Q/ref=sr_1_3_acs_sk_pb_2_sl_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1550589841&sr=8-3-acs&keywords=ravelli

Below are images of mine in use...

I used to use a Horizon 8115 tripod but after a few yrs of loyal service, things started to slacken up and my bins (20x90) would wobble. Last yr, I bought a Ravelli tripod which came with a pistol grip handle. It's fantastic. Rock solid and very smooth movement on the pistol. I bought it on Amazon for a steal. 65 pounds.

Never got on with the horizon and 25x100, higher angles being hard and out of balance. The head casting cracked recently and so I got a manfrotto head (and subsequently manfrotto tripod.... not made from lead). Binocular Sky trigger ball head and monopod have given my 15x70 a new lease of life, easy to get to zenith if you use a reclining chair. Of course this won’t help for the larger bins.
