QHY8L DC201 issue

Hi,

I finally got my QHY8L working after some time (due to a faulty DC201) and have now have another issue arise.

The +5v LED on the DC201 is now not illuminating and I can't get an image with SPG. All the other LEDs are illuminating however the TEC one seems intermittent.
I am using a 13.8V power supply which I have read is fine to use for this camera.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? I believe the 5v is the from the USB power? I have tried multiple USB leads to illuminate this possible issue.
