Last time I set up in the snow, I couldn't find my scope 

It's alwhite though. I just waited for the snow to melt.

Sorry, no pic from this year worth snhowing, because when there was snow, there was so much that I couldn't get my scope out. But last year I had some friends over for a mini astrofest (my scope is the one in the background):

20 minutes of digging after everytime it snows.

The snow here is light and easy to shovel due to the altitude which makes the snow dry.
