Do we have some form of responsibility to the next generation of internet users and searchers to make sure that we only post stuff that is 'real' at the time of capture?

Not in my view. Internet users need to find out what it is that they are looking at or reposting. The imager has a responsibility at the time of posting, sure. But I have no intention of defacing my images with disclaimers. I won't even watermark them because I want them to look their best, even though this makes them easier to steal.

(I'm a bit saddened by the fact that I've never come across a stolen copy of one of mine! What's wrong with them??? :icon_mrgreen::icon_mrgreen::icon_mrgreen:)
