Cranborne Chase AONB Starfest Announced

I've just found our rhat Cranborne Chase AONB are hosting a Star Party at the Church Farm Caravaning & Camping site in Sixpenny Handley in northeast Dorset between 22nd and 24th February 2019.

Thanks, Ade. My cousin pointed up the 29th Jan meeting, might be a bit far from here, at least until I get used to night driving.

The star party sounds do-able, though I may have darker skies / gloat

The Sixpenny Hanley site has pretty good skies, or would have done if we hadn't been snowed on at the SGL mini star party last March. 

A bit of light pollution from Larmer Tree Gardens when they have an event on but very good nonetheless. 

You do probably have better skies though particularly towards the south. 

I'm awaiting a green card and unless informed otgerwise am planning to go along for the weekend.
