Tonights Moon 8-1st

Just driving home from visiting and there's a lovely crescent Moon hanging in the sky, unfortunately now I'm home I can't see it from here

I saw it from work and then from the traffic jam near home - she was lovely and slender (unlike me!)

First sighting for me today as well as the Sun. Things are really looking up!   ?

The crescent and earth shine was a fabulous sight this evening, snapped it with a SW 120 and Canon.

Nice Moon, I was a bit miffed it had gone behind the roof tops by the time I got home.

ocassionaly I get lucky with Earthshine, but I've not got a picture this good. Well  done.
