My £6.50 Guidescope rings.

Just the cost of the aluminium as I had all the other bits. I also decided to polish up the rings a little. 

I just need to mount them on the dovetail now but will wait till the guidescope arrives so I can get the correct spacing.

I was thinking of it but I want to reduce the risk of flexure as much as possible. 

I may round the end of the screws off slightly or possibly put a very small dab of epoxy that drys pretty hard on the end of the screws. 

I haven't decided yet.
