Eyepiece identification.

Can anyone identify these eyepieces. I bought them many years ago but never used them and can't remember anything about them

The third eyepiece on the right is for scale, although I have no idea where I got it.

The last pic  is a bonus picture of my dog.

I believe they are originally binocular eyepieces that have been converted to 1.25" fit. I have a similar couple and also don't remember where I got them from.    ?
