California re-visited

Clear skies and plenty of time last night allowed 35 x 4 min subs through a SW ED72 with a canon 1000D. I had time to better frame the image and get a polar alignment on the HEQ5. My previous effort here was completed in a hurry before clouds stopped play! The additional data has certainly made a difference. All shots were taken unguided.

Gorgeous image - last night I did look through the gaps in the clouds at the bit of sky by Menkib, thinking I must try some shots of the California Neb when I get a bit more clear sky.
