Binocular observing set-up

I was inspired by Clearwater Dave's $30 (30 dollars) setup:

Much kinder on the lower cervical vertebrae !! (compared with my previous tall tripod setup)

Well, another option, this tripod is also available for only 2300 euros...!.?

My reading of it is that it's the parallelogram mount, not the tripod, that is EUR 2300 - the tripod is extra (they recommend Geoptik or 10Micron tripods). Looks like a decent mount; a tad more sophisticated than even the (no longer being made) UA parallelograms.
