Binocular photography

I have a pair of Orion Resolux 15 x 70 binoculars & tripod and would like to capture some images (Pleiades, Moon etc) via a smartphone.

Does anyone have successful experiences of doing this ? and can suggest/recommend a smartphone adaptor ?

To be fair only used it couple of times but did get some decent pictures of the moon and you can use the smart phone zoom function to enlarge image
