Historical imaging data ???

Recommended Posts

I am giving a presentation in the New Year about Astro - Imaging.

Towards the end I want to show 3 images of the same target - one from 30 (ish) years ago - one taken recently by me - one by Hubble to show the progress made and the leap in quality that digital cameras provided.

I seem to remember a website from which I could download images or subs from way back from professional observatories (Siding Spring?) - from digitised film plates.

For the life of me I cant find it now I need it !!

Anyone come across this or a similar resource ??

Thanks in advance.
