Hi , I'm trying to activate my trial version of this software and for some reason I have an issue , however the most infuriating thing is no response to emails sent via their contact page  ... has anyone else had issue with contacting them .. 

it doesn't fill me with enthusiasm to part with my cash tbh if they cannot be bothered to reply .. 

i had a problem with my adobe account the other evening and it was very easy to rectify...

Are you getting the message saying that the activation code doesn't work? I've had this with both trial and purchased code. Tried a few times and it eventually worked. You checked your spam box?

I've contacted them a few times recently.
They always respond, but it's usually in normal working hours. I think they're based in Spain though.
