Great night was had by all with some new targets observed after the spectacular Aurora died down. 

Early morning reveals the clouds which moved in towards the later part of our night.

Well in that case, take it easy.

After all, can't have the Dual Purpose Dobsonian Pie Measuring Device damaged in transit. It will be needed for the Spring Galloway Pie Eating Event. ??????

This morning the view is lovely from behind the large picture window at the front of the bungalow.

Appearances can be deceptive though , if you look at the white horses in the bay the wind is gusting around 60mph.
