Trussing my 16.

After having almost selling my three Newtonians to buy a 16" truss scope on SGL, I have decided that I'd keep the 6" f11 OTA, the 12" f4 Dob and the 16" f4 dob. However, this experience has spurred me on to get my bum in gear and recreate my 16" as a more portable truss system. I have made a few of these before and I'll update this thread as I go. Here's a pic of the scope

Although I did 'modify' it to make it more transportable, this was always temporary.

 

It may be a while before I get started and I'll add as many photos as I can.

Weight? 
I don't know as my dob is a 10" OOUK one.

Mainly it's portability so I can get it in the car more easily. Plus they look cool ?
