Recommendations for electronics retailer on ebay?

Hi , anybody recommend a good (cheap) electronics supplier that sells a wide range of components? (eg, semiconductors passives and hardware). I'm fed up trawling the bay, and of waiting for stuff I order to arrive in many different envelopes on many different days.

I know I can go to CPC and get it all, but that comes at a price.

It depends on what I'm building but I tend to use Rapid online for most things as some of the stuff I've bought on Ebay is of dubious specification. Tolerances on resistors being a good example.

As a non electronics specialist I find the likes of Farnell & RS a bit daunting. A vast number of options for every item.

So I use Bitsbox. They have all the basics at keen prices.

I've used bitsbox in the past, their products were very competitively priced, the p&p was a fixed rate and things arrived in a timely manner.

Oh, me to, used to use them some time ago, just been on their site, not at all bad, and free postage over £30+vat, not bad at all.

I think I've used ESR and bitsbox in the past.  Plus various other suppliers for various things.

RS is fine for a few bits and free next day delivery.

Digikey is amazing, spend more than £30 and get it in 3 days duty paid - I don't know how they can possibly make a profit.  I was building an AstroEQ and the parts from RS came to £37, from digikey it was £17, so I got some new cutters, solder, tip tinner and desoldering braid to get it up to the £30 to qualify for the duty paid free delivery.

Farnell = CPC.

Pricing is all over the place, Farnell target big business, CPC smaller users. CPC often cheaper as it seems buying in bulk costs more per unit?
