Improving your PST?

Sylvain Weiller, well known for his excellent images with the PST, has fitted his PST with a x1.5 photographic converter, which he claims has increased the focal length from 400mm to 600mm and gives better definition and resolution.

Biggest improvement I've found so far is to stick a 6" F10 objective on the front of it!  ?  Kudos to Sylvian though for his remarkable results from various astronomical aspects.
