Always nice to see a fellow sketcher....Did you use charcoal or is that 6B pencil 'smudged' for the shading?

What's the 'equipment' (apart from pencils ) that you have bought?

Stef no pencils or charcoal i use Progressio solid graphite sticks in 6B & 8B and a large Faber graphite stick 9B

also 5mm & 9.5mm blending stumps + soft rubber i also have 3 tins of pencils in colour + HB to 8B that i dont use that often.

Wow, that is some hardcore sketching 'equipment'

Is a blending stump the same as an 'aquarelle' (not sure of spelling) - i.e. a smudging stick? If so, I need to get me a 5mm! Can I get one at 'Hobby Craft'?

Stef i got all my stuff at Hobby Craft have a look in the charcoal/pastel section here is a pic i find the 9.5mm stump the best, also the bigger graphite sticks are in a twin pack with the pencils here is a pic to help.
