Actually, they're not particularly close to identical.  I wanted to mess about with one of the clutch levers on my mount to give a bit more clearance, so I took off the metal one and printed a replacement with as similar a design as I could manage.  That way I can replace the original if I ever change my mind.  Designed using OpenSCAD, this is what I ended up with:

It fits very nicely and seems plenty strong enough which was something I was worried about.  I did use 50% infill in an attempt to beef it up a bit.  I printed it this way up to avoid problems with the large central hole which has meant that the tapered screw hole in the middle isn't quite as neat as it could be, but that will all be covered by a screw
