Mag 9.1 Nova in Ophiuchus

Just found these reports through the Latest Supernovae page:

Mag 9.11 nova in Ophiuchus. Should be easy binocular target, even if low in the sky. Fingers crossed for clear skies soon

otherwise is the second in few days in Ophiuchus. 

 

Yes I think it is.  The chart with the nova Oph 2018 No 3 details I've just done, see below matches with the alert position. The position on the above chart does not seem to match with the 9.1 mag. nova.
