Out of interest, I'm wondering whether your iEQ45 mount came in a proper carry case, or was it just in a cardboard box. On videos of the mount from US origin, it appears to come with a plastic flight case.

My CEM60EC came in a proper Aluminium case

My ieq45pro came wrapped up in 2 cardboard boxes, the carrying case (optional here) came in a separate box.
