What is this Televue adaptor?

Hi Guys
Does anyone know what this beautiful Tele Vue Aluminium adaptor is for or have a link to its spec?

It seems to be standard 2 in at the male end to 46 mm at the female end.

I bought it in a lot of extenders and adaptors.

I have no use for it, what do you think it's worth?

So is this for eyepiece projection of Radian eyepieces? Not really a camera adaptor at all.
