FSQ 106, ASI 183, 112x5min L, QHY367C, 46x10min Color (thanks to Marco hosting the QHY367C on his Tak this experiment was possible)
My initial goal was to have a dual Tak rig, one with the ASI camera and the other with the QHY, it didn't work out for the moment. Anyway the goal is to have one doing L and NB and the other one doing wide field color, in this experiment I rescaled the color data to the ASI L layer and was amazed at how well that works.

Nice one, Yves. Very nice indeed.

I'd just pull down those few core-saturated bright stars which would intensify their colour as well, providing a colour contrast with the dust.

Very impressive! Such strong detail you've brought out. We wouldn't have a clue what any of these dark structures really looked like without modern cameras and techniques, would we?
