This one was processed using Ha as monochrome Luminance layer.

Ha 2x15m 2x10m 31x5m, binx1, 3h25m integration time

RGB 5x5m each, bin1, 1h15m integration time, altogether 4h40m.

Nice capture! even got some of the outer halo coming through there! Testing out my LX90 when I re-forked it a week or so ago ready for sale, this was one of the objects that I tested it on, it was really nice to see it with my own eyes. Makes you appreciate what the camera does for you, but also having imaged it, it helped me appreciate and understand what I was looking at.

Thanks Mick, and Toxo, I guess a few M27s have never hurt nobody; , I was bound and determined to get some of the outer halo, no matter how much or little of it, and this type of process (using pure Ha for lum., instead of the HaRGB) brings it out a bit more.
