Hi. Regret if I have missed an already opened thread. But I am slightly unsure if this will be visible in the Southern parts of The UK.

Nope. If you head to Shetland you'll get nearly 2% coverage for three quarters of an hour, or if you want to stay on the mainland you can get about 0.4% coverage for less than half an hour in John O'Groats, otherwise 10th June 2021 is your next one visible from the UK, and even then it's a pretty small partial eclipse.

Next good one is 12th Aug 2026, Majorca, Northern Spain or West of Iceland will see totality, the UK will see a major partial eclipse, similar to the views of 1999 total eclipse assuming you weren't in Cornwall at the time.
