Mars 31st July - good seeing

Some good seeing at 14 degs altitude in the UK last night. Here is an IR RGB image of Mars showing more surface detail as the dust storm subsides.

Really nice detail, I'm glad it ties up with the more vague details I'm getting in my shots. At least I know it's not just registax's wavelets creating detail that isn't there. How many exposures of each type are you capturing?

Thats about 30,000 each of RGB and 40,000 IR. I stack 30%.

Do you derotate video in Winjupos, or take a series of videos and then combine them?

I take a set of 10,000 frame videos, process each one into an image, then de-rotate which combines them as well in WinJUPOS.
