Eyepiece holder extension query

I need to extend the eyepiece holder on a 1.25" Lacerta Herschel Wedge. With filters in use I have to hang the eyepiece out of the holder a bit as there isn't enough room for the eyepieces to go in, especially with filters on. Here's a picture of the eyepiece holder now, it's 2 fittings that go on together..

...so I think I need an extension of maybe up to 15mm to allow for some eyepieces having different nosepiece lengths (I will check the longest).

My query is what is the name of the relevant adapter and how do I know it is 1.25" and not 2", is it just something like this I need...

This would be better as it has a brass clamping ring at the top.

I think you're on the right track.  A T2 extension is neither 1.25" nor 2".  Unless it has an eyepiece holder in it, it's just an extension.

Telescope Express T2 to eyepiece extender. The one in the pic is the 35mm one which would replace the original holder completely.
