Advise for Lunar Photos needed

Hi

Im just getting into lunar photography

Using a Skywatcher 120ed and a Nikon 3400 dslr Baader 2 inch nosepiece adaptor and T-Ring for Prime focus.

Does anyone have any experience using this scope for prime focus on the moon?

Should i be able to focus without extension tubes etc

Im considering getting a 2 inch powermate at some point also

Any tips and camera setting would be great
