Jupiter animation with Io transit and Red Spot

150PL on HEQ5, x3 Barlow, ZWO ADC, IR/UV cut filter, ZWO ASI120MC, Centre and crop in PIPP, debayer and 1.5x drizzle in Autostakkert!3, colour balanced using Gradient Exterminator in Photoshop, wavelets in Registax. I have added auto colour balance.

Once you know where Io is, you can pick it out against the disc quite easily.

I did get some nice images of Io's shadow leaving the disc too, but there is a gap because I cut to Saturn for its brief appearance (just as well because I got my best Saturn image ever!)

Please see the AVI version as the gif has colour artefacts on the red spot caused by the 256 colour limit.
