Well I have messed about with it now regreased it I dont think they would be too happy and because I have messed with it probably say its my fault.

Why did you strip it down and regrease it? Because it was already ropey? If so the fault was there when you bought it and you should be refunded. In my experience ENS don't tend to use very detailed descriptions of the condition of the items for sale which could have alerted you or another buyer to this issue before purchase.

The description was that it was a LXD 55 127 F9. 3 Achromatic telescope few water spots on the lens comes with Telrad base. It came with no finder no diagonal good job I had a Telrad.

I have stripped it 3 times since getting it on Tuesday last week.
