Solar animation (a first)

After working out how to do a simple script in FireCapture (I was using 'wait' in seconds not milliseconds, took a while to figure that out!) I  put together 36 images, over the period of an hour. To same I am pleased to have picked up some activity is an understatement!

Hope you like it!

Very good result. What telescope did you use?

Thanks Filip.  I used a Lunt 60mm scope.

Your software made aligning the images very very simple.  In fact I have never used your programme until this morning, and it required no effort at all, two minutes and I was done.  Thank-you so much.

Well done you've been a busy solar bee recently.

Firecapture has an Autosave feature that will do time lapse for you.

Dave

Thanks Dave.  I wasnt aware of that feature!  I tried a few - SHARPCAP, ICAP and then back to FC to work out scripting lol¬!
