For some reason, every time I run AS!3 the default file names have been cleared, totally blank.

I just stacked a batch of 14 AVIs and only got one image in the folder 'AS_stacks_check_settings'.

This happens whenever I forget to restore the default file names.

Is there a way of making the file name settings 'sticky'?
