I had to remove the dewshield from the  scope as it was catching the balcony rail as I captured these images. 

I'm not sure if the blue fringing is because I forgot to check the ADC, or the fact that it was so light when i started imaging.

It  seems from the Calsky simulation that some surface detail has been obscured by the dust spreading around Mars.

I should have said in the OP that the image has been enlarged to 120%.

Great image, Angie! I got some blue fringing as well when I imaged Mars and I'm thinking it's from the Martian atmosphere. A friend told me that the whitish feature at the bottom of my image (taken on June 10) was actually an albedo feature and not a polar cap. I thought for sure it was one, but it was too large an area.
