SynTrek Controller

My old mount is an (old-style) Vixen GP with SynTrek, which I used to control via an EQMOD interface. I'm planning to use this as a portable widefield setup, but does anybody know where I can get hold of a hand controller? I don't need GOTO, just the ability to start/stop tracking.

I'm confused. Syntrek (Skywatcher) mounts are the same as the Synscan Goto EQ (HEQ5 Pro and EQ6 Pro) mounts with a simpler handset. Have you installed the Synscan update kit on your Vixen GP ?

Sorry, yes it's the SynScan kit installed on the mount. But I don't have a hand controller so it's the SynTrek controller I was looking for anticipating it'd be cheaper.

Astroboot sometimes have them. I'm assuming that the HEQ5 Syntrek handset will work with the EQ5 upgrade.

I have the old dumb syntrek handset, which I tried out once, and vowed never to use again as I am used to GOTO, and since then it has been in a bag untouched.  So if that is what you are after I have one.   Demonperformer seems to have PM'd you so PM me if his is not the right thing.
