Simply Moretus!

Many prefer Copernicus, others Plato and even Tycho, but my favorite lunar crater has always been Moretus.
I believe that this is mainly due to its location near the south pole that makes the details in that angle are evident and if we are lucky to catch the illumination in a good phase as in this photo, it is simply terrible.

It's an excellent image of a spectacular crater in an equally spectacular Moonscape. Great!

To be honest, I quite liked it! The 3D feel is very evident.
